August 20, 2007
We are pleased to announce the opening of 900 Baxter Street, our agency’s new home. We move in today, and we think the new space will answer our organizational needs, inspire creativity and enhance our teamwork and efficiencies. We look forward to having the chance to show you around.
As you may be aware, this year marks the 30th anniversary since the founding of Wray Ward Advertising. It is a milestone of which we are very proud. While our anniversary has given us reason to reflect on our history, designing our new office space helped us sharpen our vision for the future. It was with the past and the future in mind that we made the decision to take back our original Wray Ward name. Beginning Monday, August 20, we will operate as Wray Ward creative marketing communications.
More…Our industry has changed a lot in 30 years, but we take great pride in how we have sustained the philosophy of creativity, integrity and customer service on which Charlie Wray and Bob Ward founded this agency in 1977. Our new name is a tribute to this heritage, and it is a solid, recognizable, reputable platform for years to come.
We are planning for an anniversary party later this year. We’ll share the details with you soon, and we hope you’ll be able to join us.
Along with the name change and move comes our new Web site, new e-mail addresses (all of our e-mail addresses will now end @wrayward.com, and we will be sending you contact lists with all our new addresses), and our new address of 900 Baxter Street, Charlotte, N.C., 28204.
This new office and our planned celebration are in great part because of you. Your business and partnership are the reason for our continued success, and we thank you for the opportunity to work with such exceptional people and outstanding brands.
Sincerely,
Jennifer O. Appleby
